Customers must be OVER THE AGE OF 18 to view and/or purchase any products from our website
EXCHANGE POLICY- We set an exchange policy as standard. We allow customers seven days to exchange their purchases at their own postage/carrage cost. The exchange must be equal or over the price of the returned item/s and if over the customer must pay the difference.
RETURNS-all items intended for return either unwanted or broken must be agreed firstly with planet bong and items sent back without agreement will be sent back at customers cost. Once a product is recieved it will be the customers responsibility. All products will be checked and tested before delivery and conditions will be recorded, if a product is returned for exchange and has come back in a different condition than what was recorded the customer will not be entitled to an exchange and the product will be sent back to the customer at their cost as they will have to pay any postage. Items can be returned at customers own cost, once agreed with planet bong, within seven days of the reciept of items. (unless it is a product that is non-returnable/ non-exchangeable, this will be specified on the appropriate pages. these include any adult products, any body piercings and any fancy dress items)
The returns and exchange policies DO NOT APPLY to ADULT PRODUCTS, BODY PIERCINGS and FANCY DRESS as they are non-returnable and/or exchangeable. Once a customer has purchased any of these items they will have agreed to these terms and conditions.
Any item returned and found to be without a fault will result in you recieving a charge for our inconvienience, Please read all instructions and set up programmes carefully.
DELIVERY CHARGE-£1.99-£4.99 depending on size of package, delivery to the UK ONLY.
DELIVERY- Where possible we like to send next day or 48 hour delivery however some items can take up to a week and in rare cases some rarer items can take up to 28 days. Any orders made before 3:00pm will be processed that same day. No deliveries will be made between 3:00pm on friday until 10:00am on monday.

Warranties- Planet bong is not responsible for any warranties on any products. Warranties stated on any packagings or products are the responsiblity of the customer and manufacturer.
